Or Alon

Or Alon is a partner and head of funds at OurCrowd, a role held since September 2021, and also serves as head of structured alternatives focusing on private credit, secondaries, and real estate. Prior experience includes a vice president role in venture lending at Silicon Valley Bank from June 2017 to November 2021, and an internship at GKH Law Offices, where management of corporate and financial institutions in complex equity and debt transactions was a key responsibility. Additionally, Or Alon worked as a business consultant for NOVA Project from 2014 to 2015, developing a business plan for Wizo, a significant non-profit organization in Israel. Or Alon earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Reichman University between 2011 and 2015.
