Barry Kessler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Ouro, Barry has previously held significant roles including Strategic Innovation Advisor to FinTechs at Prepaid Resources, LLC, Chief of Staff, GM, and Legal Counsel at Juice Financial, and CEO with responsibilities in Business Development and Account Management at Trefoil Technology. Additionally, Barry was GM for Reloadable Prepaid Processing Clients at TSYS. Barry Kessler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Wharton School.
