Melissa Sullivan

Melissa Sullivan currently serves as the Vice President of Account Management and the Vice President of Partner Operations at Ouro, where responsibilities include leading the Partner Success team and driving strategic initiatives to enhance partner satisfaction and operational efficiency. Previously, Melissa held various senior roles such as Sr. Director of Global Support, managing customer complaint resolutions and substantially reducing resolution times. Additional experience encompasses product management at Onbe, program delivery at Apple, and leadership positions in prepaid program management and product development at multiple companies including Celsius and Netspend. Melissa's expertise also extends to coaching, having facilitated personal growth and overcoming obstacles since 2016. Melissa holds a BA in Spanish and Business from The University of Texas at Austin and a certification in Executive and Professional Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas.
