Liz Earnshaw

Co-Founder & Head, Relationship Health at Ours

Liz Earnshaw is the co-founder and head of relationship health at Ours. Liz has also worked as a mental health professional, director of student support, and volunteer coordinator.

Liz has always been interested in helping others. Liz started their career as a volunteer coordinator at Tree House Books. Liz then became an individual, couples, and family therapist at the Council for Relationships. After working there for a few years, they took a position as the director of student support at Akili Academy of New Orleans.

Liz’s passion for helping others led their to start their own business, A Better Life Therapy, LLC. This company provides therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. After running their own business for a while, Liz decided to join forces with Ours. As the co-founder and head of relationship health at Ours, Liz is able to help even more people improve their relationships.

Liz Earnshaw has a Masters in Couples and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, a B.A. in Adult Organizational Development, Education from Temple University, and certification from AAMFT in AAMFT Approved Supervisor. Liz also has certification from The Gottman Institute in Certified Gottman Therapist, Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists in Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and PREPARE/ENRICH in Prepare Enrich Premarital Counseling.

A direct report to Liz Earnshaw is and Robin Dunn Bryant - Relationship Scientist & Guide. Liz Earnshaw works with Tyler Zey - Head, Engineering, Steph Peters - Executive Assistant, and Liza Arnold - Execution Lead. Their manager is Jessica Holton, Co-Founder & Co-CEO.
