Nick Kim is a General Partner at Upfront Ventures, an early investor in various technology sectors, since September 2022. In addition, Nick serves as a Seed Investor and Board Member for several companies including BrightAI, a platform for critical infrastructure, a stealth clean energy startup focused on enhanced geothermal power systems, and OurSky, which focuses on optical sensing for space operations. Nick has also invested in companies such as Efficient Computer, Stealth, and Tern, contributing to advancements in low power processing, automated manufacturing, and vertical SaaS for the travel industry. A Kauffman Fellow since June 2023, Nick previously held the position of Principal at Crosscut Ventures, where investments were made in early-stage startups. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
