Aman Bindra

Aman Bindra is an experienced embedded software engineer with a strong background in developing advanced technology solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Embedded Software Engineer at Ouster since July 2021, Aman has been instrumental in the architecture and development of a next-generation LIDAR platform. Previously, Aman worked as a Principal Embedded Software Engineer at Lightform, where firmware was developed for embedded Linux and Android-based augmented reality projectors. Aman's expertise also includes roles as an Embedded Software Architect at BYTON, focusing on vehicle routing platforms, and as a Senior Staff Firmware Engineer at SK hynix memory solutions inc., contributing to solid-state storage drive development. Early career experience at Seagate Technology involved pioneering work in hardware firmware co-design for the first native USB attached SCSI hard drive. Aman holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control from Delhi University.
