Lisa Shaw is a seasoned payroll management professional with extensive experience in overseeing full-cycle payroll operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Global Payroll Manager at Ouster since December 2021, Lisa manages payroll for 250 employees in the US and Canada and 95 international employees across various countries. Previously, Lisa held senior payroll management positions at Beautycounter and Global Eagle Entertainment, where responsibilities included payroll management for thousands of employees while ensuring compliance with auditing standards. Lisa's early career included roles at The Cheesecake Factory and Mimi's Cafe, where significant oversight of payroll processes and vendor payment management were key responsibilities. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
