Out Leadership is the global LGBTQ+ business platform CEOs and multinational companies trust to generate Return on Equality®.

We create global executive events and insights that help leaders realize the economic growth and talent dividend derived from inclusive business, and convene groundbreaking talent accelerators: OutNEXT, the first global leadership development program for the next generation of LGBTQ+ Ally talent; Quorum, which seeks to advance LGBTQ+ diversity in corporate governance; and OutWOMEN, which convenes and celebrates LGBTQ+ and Ally women in business.

Out Leadership is the world’s first and only LGBTQ+ corporation whose sole product is equality. With dozens of member companies, Out Leadership harnesses the power of business to drive equality by connecting LGBTQ+ leaders across the globe and advocating for inclusion at every level: from entry-level to executive to CEO. As a Certified B Corp, Out Leadership also partners with 56 non-profits (including GLAAD, Freedom for All Americans, Lambda Legal, Transgender Law Center, and many other organizations) and annually donates over 20% of its net profit to global LGBTQ+ nonprofits.
