Out Partners is a values-driven real estate private equity firm focused on acquiring, renovating, and operating housing portfolios in overlooked U.S. markets.

We specialize in transforming distressed, scattered-site properties into stabilized, cash-flowing rentals that outperform traditional multifamily by 5-10% net. Our vertically integrated platform manages every stage of the process in-house, from direct-to-seller acquisitions to renovation oversight and portfolio management.

We’ve closed over $35M in transactions to date, with $12M+ in assets currently under management. Our team blends institutional-grade discipline with boots-on-the-ground execution, delivering consistent returns while revitalizing communities at scale.

🏘 What We Do:
- Acquire undervalued single-family homes in supply-constrained, landlord-friendly markets like Tulsa, OK
- Oversee targeted renovations to maximize rentability and long-term value
- Operate stabilized portfolios with a focus on occupancy, cash flow, and downside protection

🌍 Why We Do It:
- We believe real estate can be a force for inclusion, stability, and legacy.
- As a proudly LGBTQ+ founded firm, we’re building access to capital and housing in places that need both.
- Our mission is simple: generate real returns by solving real problems, and invite others to build wealth with us along the way.
