Outback Harvest proudly brings you Australian-grown, Australian-made, and Australian-loved teff.

Grown on the fertile grounds of our home in the Murray-Darling basin, we use 4 generations’ worth of family farming knowledge to bring you teff that is as fresh on your plate as it is when we bring in the harvest.

What grain are you currently eating? Swap to teff for a tiny, ancient grain that is:

Gluten-free
Exceptionally good for gut health
Healthier than almost all other grains - it has 3 x the calcium of quinoa, double the fibre of brown rice, 3 x the iron of buckwheat and 30% less fat.
Sustainably farmed and great for the environment.

We offer a number of delicious, healthy grain products, including flour, pasta, and premixes.

Visit our online store to try teff for yourself, or reach out to us to learn more about supplier or partnership opportunities.
