Michael demonstrated expertise in menu development, training, and catering while contributing to the success of multiple dining establishments, including Pro's Ranch Market and Angry Crab Shack. With a strong educational background in Business, Management, and Marketing from De Anza College, they continue to apply their skills in operations and customer service.
