Eric Hand

Eric Hand is an experienced executive sales and operations leader with over 15 years in driving national growth across various sectors including construction, SaaS, and smart technology. They held key roles at companies such as Latch, where they managed operations and sales across the western United States, and Pie Consulting & Engineering, where they oversaw forensic investigative services and rehabilitation projects. Eric also provided architectural consultation as a freelance design consultant and worked as a building science consultant, enhancing building quality and performance. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, Eric leads business development and supply chain strategy for Out&Back Outdoor, Inc.
