Mitchell Rawlins has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Mitchell is currently working as the Director Of Engineering at Outbound AI since November 2021.

Prior to this, Mitchell worked at Tegria from September 2020 to November 2021 as the Vice President Platform Engineering, Software & Platforms Group. In this role, they oversaw the integration of the development team into Tegria post-acquisition. Mitchell also led efforts to apply pre-acquisition software, tools, and processes into Tegria's product offerings. Additionally, they were responsible for the development of the Enterprise Cloud Analytics offering and supported its implementation at design partner sites.

Before Tegria, Mitchell worked at MultiScale from May 2019 to September 2020. Mitchell held the position of Vice President, Platform Engineering, where they provided technical leadership in refining product offerings and preparing the company for potential acquisition. Mitchell also acted as the designated security official for HIPAA compliance and led efforts to enhance the company's security posture. During their time at MultiScale, Mitchell also held roles as Lead Software Development Engineer and Software Development Engineer.

Mitchell's earlier work experience includes their time at Kadlec Medical Center, where they worked as a Senior System Analyst from November 2010 to April 2016. In this role, they designed, developed, and tested a predictive analytic model for readmission risk and built a cost assessment for the model. Mitchell also built custom batch jobs within Epic for data extraction purposes.

Mitchell's career started at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where they worked as a Post-Bachelors Intern from May 2009 to November 2010. During this time, they updated supercomputer simulations to include expanded statistical methodologies and co-authored two papers with Bill Cannon on the results of their work.

Mitchell Rawlins attended Brigham Young University from 2001 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Biochemistry with a focus on Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Mitchell obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned the "Chronicles Database Programmer" certification from Epic and the "Interconnect Programmer" certification from the same institution. Mitchell also completed the "Principles of Functional Programming in Scala" course and received a certificate from Coursera Verified Certificates in June 2014.
