Julian Kaplan

Julian Kaplan has accumulated significant experience in account management and community outreach, currently serving as Account Executive II at OutboundEngine since November 2019, following a promotion from Account Executive I. Prior to this, Julian was the Borough Manager at Public Health Solutions from July 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities included coordinating community outreach activities, leading education initiatives regarding tobacco control policies, and planning related events. Earlier in their career, Julian worked as Program Coordinator at the JCC of Staten Island from July 2010 to July 2012, managing daily operations for the Reality Check program, part of the New York State Tobacco Control Program. Julian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University at Albany between 2004 and 2008.
