Stéphane Jobin has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Stéphane began their career as a Drawings Technician and QA Analyst in Réseau Acier Plus, where they used technical sketches to identify non-conformities in the development software and verified dimension calculations. After this, they joined Kronos Technologies Inc. as an QA Analyst, testing the software "ShiftLogic" used to create work schedules for air traffic controllers.

In 2000, Stéphane worked as an QA Analyst at OmniTicket Network, focusing on the quality assurance of software products related to ticket sales for events. Stéphane also ensured compliance with European Economic Community regulations regarding the introduction of the Euro currency.

From 2002 to 2009, Stéphane served as an Analyst-Quality Assurance-Tests Design Engineer at EXPEDIA.COM, where they conducted a wide range of quality control tests, including functional, regression, acceptance, and end-to-end tests. From 2011 to 2014, Stéphane worked at Telus- Services Professionnels as an Assurance Quality Analyst and Consultant for various clients including Aéroplan, APCHQ, and Telus Mobility. Stéphane led a team of 2-4 testers, tested websites and mobile applications, and wrote test cases on HP Quality Center. Stéphane also acted as a Functional Analyst for a project with APCHQ.

At Sid Lee-Ergonet, Stéphane worked as an Analyst-Quality Assurance, testing Adidas promotional web videos and implementing the test case tool TestLink.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Desjardins as a QA Tester, testing the Monetico Mobile application and communicating with partners in France.

Stéphane's most recent position was at Outbox Technology, where they served as a QA Analyst, testing ticket sales websites for various clients, including Cirque du Soleil and the Montreal Canadiens. Stéphane also tested internal management tools, performed advanced SQL queries for data analysis, and was responsible for the deployment of test versions.

Stéphane Jobin earned a Master's degree in Electrochemistry from the Université de Sherbrooke, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. In addition, they also pursued a Master's degree in Electrochemistry from the Université de Bourgogne, from 1989 to 1990. Stéphane obtained a certification in ASTQB from Montreal in February 2009.
