Jure Ham

Jure Ham is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Director of Technology at Peak Ventures since August 2024. Simultaneously, Jure holds the position of Director of Technology, Programmatic Supply at Outbrain, which has been ongoing since 2018. In this role, Jure oversees the Programmatic Supply effort, managing teams of engineers and data scientists focused on real-time ad serving technologies, including the development of a sophisticated bidding system and the integration of new bidding supply partners. Jure has also played a key role at Outbrain as an Engineering Team Lead, successfully transitioning a project from Israel to Slovenia. Prior experience includes positions at Zemanta as Lead Backend Engineer and Full Stack Engineer, contributing to significant projects in the digital advertising space. Jure began his career as a Frontend Developer at Zemanta and previously worked at preona as a Front-end developer. Education includes studies at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science at the University of Ljubljana, ongoing since 2008.
