Vicki Taplin

Vicki Taplin currently serves as the Head of People & Culture for EMEA at Outbrain since October 2023. Prior to this role, Vicki held various senior HR positions at WalkMe™, including Director of People and HR Director for EMEA & APAC, from November 2021 to October 2023. Vicki's extensive experience in human resources includes roles such as Senior People Partner at Qumulo and VP of People at Opsview. Additionally, Vicki has served as VP of Human Resources at Cognito and held management positions at 1-1 Recruitment, Innjoy Ltd, and Alcatel Telecom UK, among others. Vicki's educational background includes a degree in Politics from the University of Hull and earlier studies at Queen Mary's 6th Form College and Robert May's School.
