Additionally, as the Owner of Customer Contact Solutions and the Executive Director of U-Connect Telecom Services Ltd, involvement encompasses the recruitment and training of high-quality contact center agents. Ikenna Odike holds a Master of Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School and multiple degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Benin.
