Sagar Khadgi

Sagar Khadgi has a diverse work experience. From 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Herald College Kathmandu, where they were involved in strategizing business plans, cold calling, career and education counseling, and managing leads. In 2019, they joined EKbana Solutions Pte. Ltd as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for designing and executing test cases, troubleshooting, and ensuring project quality and schedule. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at ING Skill Academy as a Project Manager, overseeing daily standups, change management, and campaign design. Starting in 2020, they also served as a Final Year Project Supervisor at Herald College Kathmandu, mentoring IT undergraduate students and ensuring project milestones and schedules were met. Currently, Sagar holds the position of Project Manager at Outcode Software, starting in 2022.

Sagar Khadgi received a BSc Hons degree in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton. Sagar studied at the university from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) from V.S Niketan between 2013 and 2015, with a focus on Management.

In addition to their formal education, Sagar has also obtained several certifications. Sagar completed the "Project Planning: Putting It All Together" certification from Google in March 2023. In November 2022, they obtained the "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" certification, as well as the "Foundations of Project Management" certification, both from Google. In June 2022, they completed certifications in "Business Analysis & Process Management," "Create a Jira SCRUM project," "Get started with Jira," "Jira Fundamentals Badge," and "Scrum Fundamentals Certified" from Coursera and Atlassian. Furthermore, in November 2021, they received the "Foundation: Data, Data, Everywhere" certification from Google.
