John Schaefer

John Schaefer has a strong background in corporate law and legal counsel. John has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2018 until the present, they have been the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Outcomes™, where they provide legal and compliance counsel to the company. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they served as the President of their own legal services firm, Schaefer Legal Services, P.C. Here, they provided corporate law services to clients, focusing on corporate formation, governance, and contracting. Before that, from 2006 to 2015, they were the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at TriZetto Corporation, managing a team and overseeing various legal aspects of the healthcare technology company. John also worked as a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2002 to 2006, representing clients in various transactions and providing general corporate advice.

John Schaefer received their Juris Doctor degree in Law from New York University in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1999. In addition, they hold a California Licensed Attorney certification issued by the State Bar of California in 2002.
