Karen Biery

Karen Biery is a dedicated Learning and Development professional with 10 years of experience in training and instructional design. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at Outcomes®, they facilitate onboarding and manage LMS content while collaborating cross-functionally to create effective eLearning modules. Previously, Karen held roles at AFPC Television & Event Technology and Orange County Public Schools, where they developed innovative training programs and achieved high satisfaction rates among participants. They hold a Bachelor of Science in English Language Arts Education from the University of Central Florida.
