Scott Oster is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product engineering and management. Currently serving as the VP of Product Engineering at Outcomes™, Scott oversees the development and engineering teams focused on the payer market and cloud operations of the HITRUST certified Outcomes One platform. Prior to joining Outcomes™, Scott held various leadership roles at Cardinal Health, including Director and Senior Director of Product and Technology, along with significant positions at NANTHEALTH and Inventrio, where Scott was CTO and Founding Partner. Earlier career highlights include a tenure at Ohio State University as Director of the Software Research Institute and contributions as a computer scientist at Cougaar Software and General Electric. Scott holds an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, complemented by professional development in presentation skills and Six Sigma certification.
