Simon Morgan

Simon Morgan has a diverse range of work experience in finance and business process management. Simon is currently the Director of Finance at Outcomes™. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Solutions Director at Robert Half. Simon also has experience as an Interim Controller/HR at Openwater Seafood, where they set up finance systems and reconciled accounts. Simon was previously the Manager of Finance Systems, Processes & Payables at Advantage Rent A Car, where they led process improvement projects and managed a team. Simon also held roles at Meeting Point North America, Hotelbeds, and TUI UK, where they focused on finance management, process improvement, and project management.

Simon Morgan attended the University of Southampton from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting & Economics. Additionally, Simon received a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2018.
