Outcomes Lab is a team of psychologists, neuropsychologists and behaviour support practitioners working with individuals and families on the NDIS across Melbourne and Port Lincoln.

We were built for the NDIS, not adapted from a private billing model. That means we understand funding categories, report requirements, and what "reasonable and necessary" actually looks like in practice.

Much of our work sits with complex presentations. Autistic individuals, people with intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, dual diagnosis, and the layered situations where a previous plan hasn't been effective. We see the capability behind the complexity, and we write plans that get used rather than filed.

Every referral is clinically reviewed before we accept it, with our founder, a clinical neuropsychologist and specialist behaviour support practitioner, involved in the review. If we aren't the right fit, we decline and say so, because we value your time too much to put someone on a waitlist that we couldn't effectively support.

We come to the people we support in their homes, their communities, or over telehealth. We match clinicians by clinical fit, rather than solely on availability. We attend team meetings, write reports other providers can actually use, and reply when we say we will.
