Laura Weber currently serves as the AWS Cloud Platform Engineering Manager at Outcomes™, leading a team of AWS infrastructure engineers to support innovation through cloud services. Prior to this role, Laura spent over fifteen years at Cardinal Health, managing DevSecOps platforms and overseeing the work of software and infrastructure engineers across various business units. Laura's extensive technical expertise includes release automation, CI/CD processes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Earlier career highlights include consulting at Robert Half Technology and a significant tenure at AT&T Bell Labs/Lucent as a Member of Technical Staff. Laura holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Xavier University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Kentucky University.
