Phil Pickering

Phil Pickering currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Outdoor Prolink since October 2017, having previously held the position of Director of Operations within the same company. Prior to this role, Phil was the CEO and Founder of OpenCareer from February 2013 to January 2016, where a vision was pursued to shift the focus of professional career tools from businesses to individuals. Phil also founded DataFive LLC and held the position of President from April 2011 to January 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Amadeus Consulting, ASIC Staff Engineer at LSI, ASIC Design Engineer at ST Microelectronics, and ASIC Customer Engineer at LSI. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, obtained in 1999.
