Outelier Talent is a boutique hospitality recruitment agency specialising in global talent search and organisational consulting for established and emerging hospitality businesses — from brands & operators to owners, developers & investors.

We place candidates at Executive (C-Suite), Corporate, and In-Property Leadership level across all hospitality functions, from Hotel Operations, to Commercial, Finance, and Human Resources.

We listen carefully and execute with precision. Our approach is 100% proactive and fully personalised — we don't mass advertise, we headhunt. We are passionate about our industry and make it our business to deeply understand its concepts, brands and service offerings, which means our searches are as tailored to the market as they are to our clients.

Our networks are extensive, and we continuously add to them by building relationships with new candidates in order to fulfil our clients' exact criteria. Combined with our deep knowledge of hospitality's evolving landscape, we know who the best people are, where they are, and how to reach them.

If you are interested in exploring how we could support your talent search needs, we would be delighted to speak with you.
