Stephanie Gonzalez has held several customer service-related roles over the past 12 years. Stephanie began their career in 2009 as a Sales Representative for Sprint. Stephanie was later promoted to Store Manager and then District Performance Operations Manager. In 2017, they moved to T-Mobile, where they served as Regional Customer Experience Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Outer as a Customer Service Representative.
Stephanie Gonzalez received their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida International University between 2011 and 2013.
