Utkarsh Kashyap

Utkarsh Kashyap has a diverse work experience in software engineering and research. Utkarsh is currently working as a Software Engineer at Outerbounds since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a Teaching Assistant for the CIS - 520 course from August 2021 to May 2022. Utkarsh also worked as a Research Assistant at the Kumar Research Lab from May 2021 to October 2021, where they contributed to the DCIST project. Utkarsh also has experience working at Microsoft, where they served as a Software Engineer II from June 2018 to December 2020, and as a Software Engineering Intern from January 2018 to June 2018. Utkarsh had a previous internship at Microsoft in 2017 as a Software Engineering Intern.

Utkarsh Kashyap completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology. Utkarsh then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 2022. In addition, Utkarsh obtained several certifications related to cloud computing, including "Cloud Computing Applications, Part 1: Cloud Systems and Infrastructure," "Cloud Computing Applications, Part 2: Big Data and Applications in the Cloud," "Cloud Computing Concepts: Part 2," "Cloud Networking," and "Cloud Computing Concepts, Part 1" from Coursera. Utkarsh obtained these certifications in July and August 2019.
