Jessenia Morales

Jessenia Morales is a UX Designer at OuterBox since August 2021, specializing in analyzing websites and email templates to enhance user experience while collaborating on strategic site improvements. Previously, Jessenia held various roles, including UX Design Intern at the University of Miami, where contributions included designing user experiences for the Ai4Reporters project and creating the framework for the climate-conscious mobile application Ecowarriors. Through experiences as a Marketing Assistant at Dolphin Mall and as an Administrative Assistant at The Hogan Group, Jessenia developed strong skills in customer service, marketing, and administrative support. Jessenia holds a Master of Fine Arts in Interactive Media Design from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
