OuterBridge Risk Advisors is a risk advisory firm bringing analytical rigor previously reserved for the largest companies to the middle market.

We produce the Risk AFE — a board-ready capital allocation case for risk decisions, structured like the Authorization for Expenditure document a CFO already signs for capital expenditure. NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity, scenarios, and Monte Carlo simulation evaluate your current risk program against a modeled alternative. Recommendations arrive with a confidence range, not a point estimate.

Industries served: Wholesale Distribution, Multifamily Housing, CRE Leasing, Golf Course and Club Operations, and private equity portfolios in those industries. Adjacent industries handled case by case.

Placement is part of the methodology when the analysis supports it, on disclosed commission. We are equally comfortable leaving placement with your incumbent broker.

For CFOs and CEOs evaluating whether the methods you already use for capex should apply to risk, the Phase 1 Discovery conversation is a single 60-90 minute meeting. Start at outerbridgera.com.

OuterBridge’s ownership is privately held and our service perspective is boutique. This enables us to think independently, collaborate openly, and serve proactively. The flexibility to tap into our imaginations leads to inventive solutions that address your unique situation. We consider having our “ear to the ground” an important part of what we provide - we hear what’s happening in our industry and yours, and apply trends, viewpoints and updates to your advantage. Through knowledge and insight, we build and reinforce the foundation that helps support our clients goals.
