Marty Mathiesen is currently the GM Wholesale at Outerknown and Firewire Surfboards & Slater Designs, roles held since 2025. Previously, Marty served as VP Sales at O'Neill from 2007 to 2009, and as Director of Sales at Reef from 2002 to 2007. They also held several positions at Oakley from 2010 to 2013, including Sales Manager for Action Sports and Director of Sales for the Sport Division. Marty is pursuing a BA in Business/Economics at Westmont College.
