Kevin Ploof

Kevin Ploof has extensive work experience in various roles related to compliance, training, and operations.

Kevin is currently working as a Senior Director of Compliance at Outerspace since July 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at GEODIS from 2015 to 2022, where they held two roles. Kevin was a Compliance Manager from January 2020 to July 2022, and before that, they served as a Senior Trainer from August 2015 to January 2020.

From 2014 to 2015, Kevin worked at CACI International Inc as a Mission Command System Trainer Lead. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and supervising the MCS training section, ensuring training activities met objectives and maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Before that, from 2012 to 2014, Kevin worked at Advanced System Technology as a Technical Instructor. Kevin conducted classroom training on Army operating systems, maintained operator knowledge, and provided support during Army exercises.

In 2012, Kevin briefly worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as an Analyst, Operations. Kevin provided military subject matter expertise, conducted analytical and technical support on projects, and gathered operational data.

Kevin's work experience extends to their time in the United States Air Force from 1984 to 2011. During this period, they held the role of Transportation/Training/Safety Manager. Kevin played a key role in optimizing supply chains, troubleshooting warehouse inventory procedures, and managing financial budgets.

Kevin Ploof began their education journey at the Community College of the Air Force, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Transportation/Mobility Management from 1997 to 2001. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership from Bellevue University, graduating in 2008.
