Carol Hubal-Bartley currently serves as the Vice President of IT Enterprise Projects at Outerstuff since November 2025. Prior to this role, Carol was the President of Catch That Trend, LLC, focusing on consulting for the apparel, footwear, home furnishings, and accessories fashion businesses from August 2015 to November 2025. In addition, Carol has experience as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, teaching production management courses to baccalaureate-level fashion design students. Previous positions include various leadership roles in pre-sales and product marketing at Aptean Apparel Software Exenta Edition and CGS, as well as experience as a business analyst at Richter Systems and Essent. Carol obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Production Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 1984 and 1988.
