Frank Rosario

Frank Rosario has over three decades of experience in the apparel design industry, currently serving as the Design Director for Team Apparel at Outerstuff Ltd since 1999. In this role, Frank Rosario oversees the creative and technical processes of a league-specific design team, comprising two juniors and three associates, while also managing league-specific submittal specialists. Prior to this position, Frank Rosario was a Senior Designer at Hampton Industries from 1991 to 1999, where the focus was on designing for Spalding's men's and boys' apparel. Frank Rosario holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion from Pratt Institute, earned between 1985 and 1989.
