Micha Alter

Micha Alter is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the apparel and accessories industry, currently serving as Senior Designer for Headwear in the FIFA Division at Outerstuff since April 2024. Prior to this role, Micha held the position of Design Director at Massive LLC from March 2017 to April 2024, and was the Head Designer of Apparel & Accessories at Deluxe Distribution between November 2015 and July 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing product development and designing for multiple skateboard brands. Earlier, Micha worked as a Senior Designer at OBEY Clothing from August 2011 to July 2015, collaborating on collections and managing the headgear department. Micha’s career began at The Hundreds as an Apparel Designer/Product Developer from October 2008 to July 2011, contributing to collections inspired by California culture and skateboarding. Educational qualifications include a Professional Degree in Merchandise Product Development from FIDM and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
