Chris Molina

Chris Molina is an accomplished filmmaker and film programmer based in Miami with extensive experience in various roles within the film industry. Currently serving as a Cinematic Arts Resident at Oolite Arts and an Assistant Programmer at Outfest, Chris has a strong focus on supporting local filmmakers and enhancing their visibility. As the Shorts Programmer for the Miami Film Festival, Chris curates well-rounded shorts blocks that highlight both local and international talent. Additionally, Chris founded the Sun Pass Film Festival to provide a platform for emerging filmmakers in Miami. With a background that includes positions at Netflix, A24, and The Borscht Corporation, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Miami Dade College, Chris Molina is a dedicated advocate for the filmmaking community.
