Adam Steele has worked in various roles since 2006. Adam began at the University of Virginia as a Research Engineer & Lab Director in 2006. In 2009, they cofounded Merge.fm. From 2012 to 2015, they were an Entrepreneur, Engineer, Lecturer, and Advisor at Two Cents Inc. Adam then moved on to Outfield, where they have been the CTO & Company Director since 2015.
Adam Steele began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Penn State University and obtained a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, as well as a Minor in Engineering Leadership. Adam continued their studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2008 with an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering. Adam then went on to the University of Virginia, where they earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering in 2011.
