David Chilcott

David Chilcott, a seasoned leader in organizational development and agile transformation, has served as the President of Outformations, Inc. since 1995, focusing on creating collaborative and joyful workplaces. As the founder of both the Bay Area Agile Project Leadership Network and the Bay Area Agile Coaching Circles since 2006 and 2010 respectively, David supports communities of agile practitioners in sharing knowledge and enhancing coaching practices. Additionally, David is an Integral Agile Wizard at the Integral Agile Forum and has played a key role in initiatives like Agile Open California and the Agile Leadership Network. With a diverse educational background in transformative leadership and coaching, David also founded Anarcho-Zen-Paganism, combining principles from anarchism, Zen, and Paganism, and has contributed to consulting and coaching throughout a notable career.
