Marcus Womack has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marcus is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Outgo Inc, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Uber as a Product Executive from November 2017 to January 2021, where they led various product verticals and served as the Seattle Site Lead. Before Uber, Marcus held the role of EVP Technology and Company Officer at Axon from September 2013 to February 2018. At Axon, they transformed the company and built teams across multiple functions to develop a public safety technology platform.

Earlier in their career, Marcus served as a Commissioner on the Seattle Music Commission from July 2010 to October 2016. Marcus also co-founded Familiar, which was subsequently acquired by Axon, and served as the CEO from April 2011 to October 2013. Marcus had a significant role at iLike, where they were the VP General Manager from December 2009 to February 2011, and prior to that, they were the Director of Product Management from April 2007 to December 2009.

Marcus began their career at Microsoft in 1999, where they took on various roles, including Lead Program Manager for Xbox Live from December 2005 to March 2007, Lead Program Manager for MSN Music from December 2002 to December 2005, and Test Engineer from September 1999 to December 2002.
