Outhentik is a video testimonial and reputation management platform for any business with customers — retail shops, online stores, service providers, SaaS companies, and digital product sellers.

Customers scan a QR code or click a recording link, record a short video review in their browser (no app, no account), and submit a star rating. The business owner reviews every submission privately before anything goes public. Happy customers (4–5 stars) get nudged to leave a Google review automatically. Unhappy ones stay private — so the business can resolve issues before they reach Google.

What makes Outhentik different: every other review tool sends customers — happy or unhappy — straight to Google. Outhentik gives business owners a private filter step first. Approve what goes public. Handle the rest privately.

Built from Jeddah, serving businesses worldwide.
