Outlet Village Sofia, the first outlet format in the region, will be located at the northern entrance of Sofia, Bulgaria's capital city. The project will be adjacent to XOPark Sofia - the largest retail park in the Balkans, which has been operational since 2011.

With a GLA of 8,500 sq m and 40+ shops, Outlet Village Sofia will be a stylish development with a promenade area, cafés, restaurants and leisure.

Scheduled to open by end 2026, Outlet Village Sofia will provide a flawless shopping experience to its visitors with a perfect brand mix of world-class outlet stores.

The project is developed and managed by Trinity Capital AD, a leading real estate developer and investment company in Bulgaria.
