Outlier is a hospitality consulting agency that focuses on the process and delivers extraordinary results.

We support hotel owners and operators across sales, distribution, revenue management and strategic decision-making — with practical guidance and measurable results. We don't do everything, but we're the best at what we do.

Three ways we help hotels perform:

→ Sales + Distribution — Build demand, win the right business, and reduce dependency on high-cost channels. We manage sales and distribution directly, from strategy to execution.

→ Revenue Management — Price with confidence. Proactive, real-time pricing and yielding against KPIs and comp set, so every room sells through the right channel, at the right price, at an optimised cost of sale.

→ Consulting — Think clearly, decide faster, execute better. Data-driven feasibility studies, scenario planning and advisory for investment, openings, repositioning and growth.

The numbers, because sometimes they matter: €21M in annual revenue managed, a 9.5/10 average Guest Review Index, +40% growth in revenue managed in 2025, 44% average direct booking share, 12 hotel openings and 60+ business plans and feasibility studies delivered.

We work with names that set the standard in hospitality — The Modernist, Anthology of Athens (The Leading Hotels of the World), ERGON House, OKUPA and more — with work featured by Michelin, Hyatt, Condé Nast Traveler, Monocle and Forbes.

Let's talk about your next move.
