Fran Boyd

Fran Boyd is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years of experience managing HR functions across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Frankston City Council and the Director of People Operations at Peninsula Health, Fran also leads as the Board Chair at Outlook (Aust) Ltd. Previously, Fran held significant roles such as Executive Director of People & Culture at the Victorian Department of Primary Industries and the Country Fire Authority. Fran earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Deakin University and has completed multiple executive fellowships at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government.
