Mendel Looije is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the digital media industry. Since co-founding OutMoove in January 2017, Mendel has served as Managing Director until the company's acquisition by Broadsign in May 2024. Prior to OutMoove, Mendel co-founded Mediasynced (July 2012 - June 2023) and Remotely.tv (October 2010 - October 2013), and founded Ziezo.tv (April 2010 - December 2011) and Deepvision (2003 - May 2011). Mendel's educational background includes studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2006 to 2007 and a VWO degree from Baken Park Lyceum (1999 - 2005).

Based in the Netherlands, OutMoove has helped establish the OOH programmatic landscape. We work with premium OOH media agencies across Europe and the United States. In May 2024, we were acquired by leading digital solutions provider Broadsign.
