Shellia Moore

Shellia Moore is a seasoned payroll specialist with extensive experience in compliance guidance and payroll processing. Since 2008, Shellia has served as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Outokumpu, providing expertise on domestic and expatriate payroll compliance, as well as calculating taxable fringe benefits.
