Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Outpave, David is focused on developing innovative expense management solutions for the construction and residential services sector. Previously, David held various senior roles at Texas Instruments from 2001 to 2023, including Senior Director of TI.com, where oversight included eCommerce platforms and digital marketing support, and Pre-Silicon Director for High Performance Computing, managing a global team. David's expertise spans IT program management, supply chain operations, and enterprise development, underscored by a solid foundation in computer science obtained from The University of Texas at Dallas. David's early career began at Amplified, providing computer and web analysis services.
