Outperform Ventures is a venture studio and operating partnership built by operators, for operators. We believe that building or growing a venture requires more than just capital—it requires strategic thinking and the right support at the right time. We aren’t just telling you where to go; we are in the ship with you, providing the execution infrastructure needed to turn deep expertise into scalable companies.

Founded by Keith Brown and Rob Peabody, Outperform Ventures is an investment and advisory firm built for proven entrepreneurs who are ready for their "second act". We aren't passive investors; we are partners in the trenches, providing the capital, strategic guidance, and fractional operational horsepower needed to build and scale.

How We Partner:
We focus on efficiency over excess, favoring "little bets" that lead to big outcomes.

Build Lab (Launch): For proven entrepreneurs with a clear vision who need the infrastructure to validate, build, and ship the first version of their next venture quickly.

Growth Lab (Scale): For companies with real traction that have hit a plateau. We provide the "operator horsepower" to fix bottlenecks and build repeatable growth engines.

Our Philosophy:
We back "A-players" who act like owners and care as much about the mission as the margin. We believe stewardship is synonymous with excellence; we don't lower the bar—we raise it to help founders discover their true potential.
The future doesn’t belong to those with the most reports. It belongs to those who build.

Let’s build together.
