Jim Ryan founded OutPLEX in 2001 after having spent the early years of his professional life on the front line as a sales and customer service representative. He quickly realized back then that sales, service, and tech were passions of his, and he has used those innate skills to drive OutPLEX to a successful multi-national operation with an industry leading team.
