Outpost is the autopilot for physical security operations. The industry currently runs and scales on manual work: supervisors watch sites, log incidents, verify patrols and chase proof that guards are doing what clients pay for. Most of it happens by hand, and much of it happens on WhatsApp groups, where administrators are left scrolling hundreds of unstructured groups.

Outpost does all of this work as an outcome. It replaces manual effort with systems: AI agents run access control, patrol verification, rostering and control-room intelligence on the phones operators already have on every site, so there is no new hardware to buy, break or install. The agents read every WhatsApp group and turn the noise into structured, exportable signal, surfacing the incidents that matter instead of leaving them to one person scrolling at 2am. Operators can go live across sites in minutes, at a fraction of the cost of the devices they replace, and get proof on every shift. The orchestration layer is built to run whole roles with agents instead of people, so every site stays one step ahead of an incident or escalation.

Private security is one of the largest and most overlooked services markets in the world. South Africa alone has more registered guards than its police and military combined, and the same pattern maps across Africa and Latin America.
